Poly will always ''be'' . I cannot ever forget her. Her voice and brilliant lyrics, have taught me stuff. (and she knew how to sing high enough to hurt my ears [in a plastic bag]).

She was a great lady, who was trying to tell the world, that we are falling into a pit of dis-repair. I believe her, her daughter believes her, so why don't you?

My favourite woman of all time

Did you get the feeling that Poly Styrene was likely to be the smartest and coolest person in the room no matter where she was? It must have taken the patience of a saint to construct by dealing with insensitive knuckleheads who were asking her dumb questions about her braces, for example.

It's a great song.... just bought "Generation Indigo" which is awesome as well, but can't understand why this song was not included in the album. X Ray Spex was a true gem in the late punk generation and I loved their 1978 LP but what Poly recorded before sadly passing away was of the same calibre. RIP 😞
